The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and everything I needed. The room with an extra bed was a plus but the non-transparent window was disappointing. The service for housekeeping and laundry was efficient. The dining experience with included sandwiches was adequate. The facilities met my basic needs with no frills but at a good value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping street and conveniently near 2 metro stations. The rooms were cozy and had an extra bed, but the non-transparent window was a downside. The service was excellent, with efficient housekeeping and laundry services. Dining included crisp salads, which was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
